Experienced Leadership
Our Commercial Property department is headed by Tim Perks, who entered the legal profession in 1976. Before co-founding Jennings Perks with Steve Jennings in 1992, Tim worked with established firms in Walsall and Lichfield.
Tim has spent many years specialising in commercial property transactions and brings a wealth of practical experience to every matter. His work includes acting on the sale and purchase of industrial, office, and retail premises, as well as advising on business leases, Options and Overage Agreements, and land acquisition for residential development and subsequent plot sales.
Approachable & Client Focused
Aimee joined Jennings Perks as a Director in 2025 and brings 17 years’ experience, predominantly in commercial property. She acts for a broad range of clients including landlords and tenants, investors, pension trustees and developers.
Approachable and client-focused, Aimee takes a practical, proactive approach to transactions, keeping clients fully informed and helping matters progress smoothly and efficiently.
She advises on the sale, purchase and letting of commercial property, banking and secured lending, commercial development and conditional contracts, and provides specialist advice to pension schemes on property investment, including acquisitions and pension-funded lending.
