Tim Perks
Director
Area of Expertise – Commercial Property
Tim was one of the founders of the firm and leads our Commercial Property team. He deals in all aspect of Commercial Property transactions from the grant or renewal of Commercial Leases, rent reviews and assignments. Tim is also heavily involved in land acquisition and site assembly for residential developments, plot sales, Options and Overage Agreements. Tim combines approachability with a depth of experience, ensuring clients receive practical advice and proactive support from start to finish.
In his spare time Tim enjoys playing golf, DIY, football (unfortunately only watching nowadays) and spending time with his family and friends.
Andrew Milne
Director
Area of Expertise – Private Client
Andrew is Head of our Private client department, specialising in Will drafting, asset protection and mitigation of care fees, Probate and Estate Administration and preparation and Registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney. He also deals with some residential property sales and purchases. Andrew ensures matters are handled efficiently and with care offering practical support tailored to the individual circumstances of his clients.
Despite both of his parents entering medicine and being GPs in Aldridge before their retirement, Andrew decided to pursue a career in law qualifying as a Solicitor in 1995. Andrew moved to Jennings Perks in 2013 and became a Director in 2015.
Aimee Wright
Director
Area of Expertise – Commercial Property
Aimee joined Jennings Perks as a Director in 2025 with 17 years’ worth of experience, predominately in the commercial property sector. She acts for a wide range of clients including commercial and individual landlords and tenants, investors, pension trustees and developers over a wide range of sectors. Aimee provides a highly approachable and client-focused service, taking a practical and proactive approach to every transaction. She ensures clients are kept fully informed at each stage, guiding them clearly through the process and helping matters progress smoothly and efficiently.
Aimee is able to advise on selling, buying and letting commercial property, banking and secured lending transactions, commercial development and conditional contracts and provides advice to pension schemes on property investment, including acquisitions and lending funded through pension structures.
Dominique Appleby
Private Client Executive
Area of Expertise – Private Client
Dominique joined the firm in 2024 as part of the Private Client team, specialising in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Estate Planning. With over 15 years’ experience in the legal sector, gained through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives route, she offers clear, practical advice and a supportive, down-to-earth approach.
She works closely with individuals and families on Wills, estate administration, trusts, Deeds of Variation and Lasting Powers of Attorney, providing tailored guidance and ensuring matters are handled with care and sensitivity. Dominique also assists with residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases and transfers of equity, and is currently studying with STEP to further develop her private client expertise.
Chris Dillon
Conveyancing Executive
Area of Expertise – Residential Conveyancing
Chris began his career in 2011 as a conveyancing legal assistant and became a fee earner in 2013. He specialises in residential conveyancing, acting for both buyers and sellers across a broad range of transactions.
He is known for his approachable manner and clear communication, ensuring clients feel supported throughout the conveyancing process. Chris takes a focused and efficient approach to his work, progressing matters with minimal complication while achieving timely and effective outcomes for his clients.
